We also offer lymphatic drainage massage in a compression suit for lighter legs and relaxation: 30 min – 50 zł, package of 4 – 160 zł. Eyebrow tint or shaping: 15 zł, both: 30 zł.
How it works
Consultation, sessions and results
How many sessions
We work in packages of 4 sessions. After the first session about 30–40% of the hair does not grow back, and a full series gives 80–90% permanent reduction. Some people need 4 sessions, others up to 10.
Time between sessions
Every 4 weeks for the armpits and face, every 6 weeks for the legs. Regular visits matter most at the second and third session.
Does it hurt?
You feel short, warm pulses. The ChillTip™ sapphire tip cools the skin at every pulse, and each next session is gentler because there is less hair.
Who it works for
The laser targets the pigment in the hair, so it works on dark hair. Blond, red and grey hair does not respond to the laser.
Right after the session
Redness and slight swelling are a normal reaction and go away within a few days. You get clear aftercare instructions from us.
Before & after
How to prepare and how to care for your skin
Before your visit
- Shave the area the day before.
- Do not wax or pluck for 4 weeks before the session.
- Do not sunbathe and stop self-tanner until your tan has faded – usually 2–4 weeks.
- Stop creams with retinoids or acids at least 4 weeks before.
- After oral retinoids wait 6 months; stop photosensitising herbs (e.g. St John’s wort) a week before.
- If you have a skin infection, we wait at least 2 weeks after it has cleared.
After your visit
- First 72 hours: wash the skin with a mild gel or water only.
- Avoid deodorants and perfumed cosmetics on the treated area.
- For armpits, use a soothing powder or a cream such as Bepanthen.
- No sunbathing or solarium for at least 2 weeks.
- Protect exposed skin with SPF 50+.
Safety
When laser hair removal is not possible
At the consultation we check that the laser is safe for you. Please tell us if any of the following applies.
Permanent contraindications
- Pregnancy
- Cancer
- Hormone therapy that makes the skin sensitive to light
- Blond, red or grey hair
- Photodermatoses, blistering skin diseases
- Vitiligo, psoriasis, epilepsy (relative)
- Tendency to pigmentation or keloid scars
- Active skin infections
- Livedo reticularis (mottled skin)
Temporary contraindications
- A fresh tan or spray tan
- Oral retinoid therapy
- Photosensitising medicines and herbs (e.g. St John’s wort)
- Vitamin A, E, C treatments or fruit acids
- Waxing or plucking in recent weeks
- Recent medical or surgical procedures on the area
